ABOUT THE OWNERTimminy Press publishes science fiction, paranormal, fantasy, and mystery (crime). Book lengths range from full-length novels and shorter novellas to quick-read novelettes. What’s the difference, you might ask? Opinions tend to vary, but generally speaking, the below limits are fairly representative of the lengths.
- Novels: 50,000 – 80,000 words (approx. 190 to 310 pages)
- Novellas: 18,000 to 49,999 words (approx. 70 to 190 pages)
- Novelettes1: 8,000 to 17,999 words (approx. 30 to 70 pages)
